Our Price Promise is to offer competitive prices and match those of Australian online retail stores. Should you find a lower price for the same product elsewhere, we’ll happily match it provided that:

• the product is identical any offers made by Modu in respect of the product are also identically available from our competitor
• the product is in stock on their website and is located within Australia
• Simply inform our friendly team members via email, whatsApp, Wechat or Online Chat.
• For our online customers, before making your purchase please chat with our team here who will be able to review the request. The price promise offer is not avaliable after you have made the purchase with us.

The Modu Price Promise does not extend to stand-alone online retailers, auctions, fire or liquidation sales, rack, clearance, warehouse outlets and duty free stores. Price matching is limited to stores in the same country and is applicable upon Modu's discretion. Price Promise service is not avaliable in conjunction with any other offer.
